KP Club will be using local labour and materials to create the perfect second home. The dry stone walls are from Albert Holdsworth and Steve Burton from local Flamborough; using milstone grit to create the contemporary feel of the lodges.

The contemporary design of the homes will entice everyone, they are built in a range of materials that all work in perfect harmony. Beyond the external style of the second homes the property is yours to adapt to your own needs. You have the unique opportunity to bespoke your own home by choosing from a range of fixtures and fittings throughout - including a choice of laminate floors, quality Abingdon Saxony carpets, bathroom fittings, kitchen worktops in either granite, stainless or corian, veneered or high gloss doors and much more to create your own bespoke second home.
