FAQ's

  1. Is the stone wall included? - The stone walling around the side of the home is included in the price
  2. Are the wardrobes included? - The wardrobes are not included; however as part of the bespoke package we can supply and fit them at cost price
  3. What happens when you decide to sell your home? - KP Club will sell the home for you at a 5% management fee, competitor's rates are set at 10%; for the 5% we market, sell and arrange all legal documents for the sale of your home - this ensures we maintain the highest standard of property representation
  4. Are there any guarantees on the build? - A construction guarantee for 12months on the home and a guarantee of 5 years on foundations and roofing
  5. Are there any external restrictions? - All external restrictions are defined in the terms and conditions, which are available on request
  6. What is the tenure of the land? - The land is on a freehold tenure
  7. Does the service charge increase? - Yes but only with the inflation and in line with the economy, not when we build new facilities
  8. How are the water, sewage and electric paid? - The sewage is included in the service charge, the water is paid by KP Club and we recharge to each home and each home has its own independent electricity meter
